About the Role
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in GE HealthCare, you will be working in the field of multi-modality imaging equipment, where you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely completion of Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) documentation. You will also be required to develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customers and GE.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all models specific to multi-modality imaging equipment in the assigned area.
- Troubleshoot complex multi-symptom problems at the system level.
- Ensure timely completion of FMIs and PMS documentation.
- Resolve issues using established procedures, consulting supervisors or senior team members where needed.
- Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customers and GE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in medical imaging technology.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Strong understanding of medical imaging technology and its applications.
- Proficiency in Express.js and experience with Node.js.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
