About the Role
As a Graduate Trainee Engineer at GE HealthCare, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and excellence in the healthcare industry. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring, as well as conducting research and analysis to support engineering solutions and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Conduct research and analysis to support engineering solutions and improvements.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues under supervision.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and assigned tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, etc.) from an accredited institution.
- Strong academic record with a demonstrable understanding of engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
- Prior internship or project experience in an engineering field is a plus.
