About the Role
In this Intern - Data Analyst role at GE Health Care, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends and insights that inform business decisions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve data cleaning, visualization, and reporting using various tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain databases, data visualizations, and reports using tools like SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns and relationships in data.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
- Participate in data quality assurance and data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, including Excel, SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
