About the Role
This role involves working with a multinational company's international chat process, handling customer inquiries, and providing support to clients across the globe. You will be responsible for responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing chat conversations, escalating complex issues, and collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers, and handle product-related queries.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals, and participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management, and provide updates to customers on the status of their issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, and maintain a high level of product expertise.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other customer support resources.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong academic record.
- Basic computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers.
