About the Role
As an International Process Associate at Gautam Consultancy, you will be responsible for handling international client communications, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless process execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
You will work closely with the project management team to identify and resolve process-related issues, implement process improvements, and maintain accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with international clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on project progress.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of process-related activities, including client communications and project updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
