About the Role
As a BPO Executive - Chat Support International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients through various chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, while also promoting our client's products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, meeting sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Monitor and report customer feedback and complaints, using this information to improve processes and services.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, attending training sessions and workshops as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting performance metrics and targets.
- Degree in any field (preferably in Business or Communications).
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with internal teams to achieve common goals.
