Sales Executive
About the Role
Gautam Banerjee Jewellery is growing, and we're looking for precious gems to join our dedicated and talented family. We're currently hiring Sales Executives for our store at The Pavilion, to join our unique league of designer jewellers in India. If you're a competent, competitive and trustworthy Sales expert, help us build our brand and business activities! You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating jewellery deals and exceeding customer expectations. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to GBJ's rapid and sustainable growth with your unique skill-sets. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and events Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, retail experience will be preferred Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
