Growth Strategist
Job Description
About the Role
This role involves owning the growth engine end-to-end, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, acquisition funnels, cost-per-lead models, retention metrics, and media plans that drive results.
You'll be responsible for architecting and running media plans that move the needle across paid search, paid social, app marketing, and email, while working backwards from a revenue goal to define how much to spend, where, and why.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B demand generation and pipeline-building strategies at the top of the funnel.
- Design and implement app acquisition and retention strategies to drive user engagement and retention.
- Manage e-commerce performance marketing campaigns to optimize conversions and revenue.
- Build and optimize media plans across paid search, paid social, app marketing, and email to achieve business objectives.
- Work backwards from a revenue goal to define media spend, channels, and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-acquisition, cost-per-download, cost-per-registration, and cost-per-retention.
- Continuously optimize and iterate on media plans and strategies to improve ROI and revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of paid media channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and app marketing.
- Experience with cost-per-acquisition, cost-per-download, cost-per-registration, and cost-per-retention metrics.
- Knowledge of e-commerce performance marketing and B2B demand generation strategies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize media plans and strategies using data and metrics.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
