Test Analyst

About the Role

As a Test Analyst at FRI FIL India Business and Research Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and prioritize testing requirements, as well as developing and implementing test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes. You will also be responsible for analyzing test results, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and prioritize testing requirements.
• Develop and implement test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve testing processes and methodologies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on performance testing, load testing, and stress testing.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools, including JMeter and ELK Stack.
• Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, and CICD tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex testing data and identify defects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and testing methodologies.
