ServiceNow Business Analyst

About the Role

This ServiceNow Business Analyst role involves working closely with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating agile development methodologies, conducting workshops and stakeholder interviews, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers and ServiceNow administrators.

You will also stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends, particularly in Health & Safety compliance, and analyze existing business processes to identify areas for automation and optimization using ServiceNow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Analyst for agile development teams, leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand pain points, business challenges, and optimization opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, gathering feedback to validate system functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and ServiceNow administrators.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends, particularly in Health & Safety compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Strong experience in hosting and facilitating SCRUM sessions with development teams.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
• Experience in Health & Safety compliance is a plus.
