Language Teacher

About the Role

As a Language Teacher at Frenchshiksha, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging language lessons to students in Mumbai City. Your primary focus will be on creating a supportive learning environment, providing constructive feedback, and helping students improve their language skills.

On a daily basis, you will develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and adapt your teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver language lessons to students in a supportive and engaging environment.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement language programs that meet the needs of students.
• Stay up-to-date with language teaching methodologies and best practices to continuously improve teaching skills.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Language Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or a recognized teaching qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging language lessons.
• Strong assessment and feedback skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with language learning software and online resources is a plus.
