About the Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making cold calls to potential customers, identifying their needs, and pitching our freight services to meet those needs. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and provide them with tailored solutions. Your primary goal will be to generate new leads and drive sales growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make cold calls to potential customers to pitch our freight services and generate new leads.
  • Identify customer needs and provide them with tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide them with timely updates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by generating new leads and driving sales growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Cold Calling: Ability to make effective cold calls to potential customers and pitch our services.
  • Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing best practices to generate new leads and drive sales growth.
  • Lead Generation: Ability to identify customer needs and provide them with tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • BPO/KPO: Experience working in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) environment.
  • Verbal Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Written Communication: Ability to write effective emails and other written communication to customers and colleagues.
  • MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Call Centre: Experience working in a call centre environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
