About the Role
As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into sales. This role involves interacting with customers, handling their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our products. You will also be required to maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and sales generated.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish a positive relationship.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in using computer software and databases to log calls and update information.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM software and data entry skills.
