Hr Recruiter

About the Role

As an Hr Recruiter at FORTUNE SHAPERS, you will be responsible for identifying top talent for various business roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.

This role involves working closely with the HR team to create job descriptions, posting ads on various platforms, and screening resumes to find the perfect fit for the company.

Day-to-day tasks may include scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent for various business roles through social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the role.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks to verify candidate information.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM systems.
