Associate, Infrastructure Services

About the Role

In this Associate, Infrastructure Services position at Forterro, you'll be working closely with customers, cloud infrastructure, and support teams to ensure seamless transitions to the cloud. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in setting up and configuring customer connectivity to our AWS cloud environment, providing top-notch support, and collaborating with various teams to resolve technical issues.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex technical challenges, develop your skills in cloud infrastructure, and contribute to the growth of our Abas Systech & Cloud team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure customer connectivity to our AWS cloud environment.
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support, including troubleshooting across network, system, and cloud topics.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networks, VPNs, routing, and tunneling (incl. FRP).
• Collaborate with our Corporate Cloud Operations Team.
• Work closely with the Product Support Team on customer cases.
• Support automation and deployment workflows (CI/CD).

Skills & Qualifications

• Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, routing, tunneling solutions (e.g., FRP).
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Linux administration experience (nice to have).
• Knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, VPC, IAM, networking concepts).
• Experience with Argo CI/CD, Ansible, or similar automation tools (nice to have).
• Familiarity with cloud architectures, DevOps concepts, and modern deployment workflows.
• Understanding of ERP processes (e.g., finance, inventory management, production, or CRM) is an advantage.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
