About the Role

Job Description This role focuses on executing high-precision account servicing and vehicle liquidation tasks to meet strict productivity targets with 100% quality. It requires a commitment to audit compliance and continuous process improvement while maintaining the flexibility to support global business needs in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Operational Performance & Efficiency: Execute the processing of requests with high precision to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Focus on maximising effective working and minimising elapsed time to ensure efficient Vehicle liquidation and Accounts services. Quality Assurance & Productivity: Consistently meet established productivity and quality targets. Monitor workflows to reduce rework required by the Business Centre team, ensuring the actions are performed accurately the first time. Audit Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain strict adherence to all internal policies and guidelines to ensure successful outcomes in DRG, LOD, and CPR/GAO audits. Proactively update audit observations with detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat comments. Process Improvement & Kaizen: Identify and propose Process Improvement or ideas that drive operational efficiency or strengthen controls. Contribute to the timely completion of these initiatives to streamline the Processes. Technical Growth & Functional Expertise: Commit to attaining a 100% skillset within the process within one year. Develop a deep understanding of upstream and downstream workflows to reduce dependency on Functional Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Operational Flexibility & Team Collaboration: Demonstrate adaptability by supporting Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and working flexible shifts based on volume forecasts. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance/Accounting, or related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (vlookup, pivot tables). Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders. Mindset/Behaviour: A service-oriented approach and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
