HR Assistant (Fresher HR)

About the Role
As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources team in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. Your primary focus will be on assisting in the hiring process, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be the first point of contact for employees and management, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and maintain a smooth interview process.
- Manage employee onboarding, including preparing necessary documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, report generation, and filing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems, such as recruitment platforms and employee databases.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity laws and labor laws.
