The Visa Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications and immigration procedures, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of visa processes. The role also involves addressing client inquiries, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration policies, and liaising with embassies and consulates to facilitate visa approvals. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Visa application processes and Immigration Issues. Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and offer support. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and authorities. Ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and maintain accurate records. Proficiency in relevant software applications and familiarity with visa/immigration documentation processes is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment.
