Remote Junior Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

As a Junior Supply Chain Analyst at FlexBoard, you will be responsible for analyzing data to optimize supply chain processes, managing inventory levels, and forecasting demand to ensure timely delivery of products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes. Your primary goal will be to drive efficiency and cost savings through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in supply chain operations
• Develop and maintain accurate inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement demand forecasting models
• Identify areas of process inefficiency and develop recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain reports to track key supply chain metrics
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to reduce costs
• Work with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Experience with inventory management software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with supply chain data analysis and reporting
• Basic knowledge of procurement and logistics principles
