About the Role

As a Content Moderator for Dominos, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on the Dominos platform, ensuring it meets the company's community guidelines and standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

You will be working closely with the Dominos team to develop and implement content moderation strategies, identify and mitigate potential risks, and provide insights on user behavior and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content on the Dominos platform to ensure it meets community guidelines and standards.
• Develop and implement content moderation strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Work closely with the Dominos team to analyze user behavior and trends, providing insights to inform business decisions.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to the relevant teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content moderation policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Marketing, or Computer Science.
• 0-4 years of experience in content moderation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software, such as Excel or Tableau.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms, such as ContentGuard or Trust & Safety.
• Certifications in content moderation, digital marketing, or a related field, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics.
