Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Indore. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide technical assistance, facilitate online and offline support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, following up on complaints, and maintaining service excellence through effective communication and problem-solving approaches. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to effectively address client inquiries and enhance their experience. Strong capabilities in Online Support and Customer Service to provide prompt and professional responses. Technical Support skills to resolve product or service-related issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships. Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and prioritize customer needs effectively. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
