About the Role

As a Site Engineer at Finder Consulting, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of various electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems at construction sites in Kolkata. Your duties will involve coordinating with clients, supervising site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Day-to-day, you will be involved in site monitoring, documentation, and reporting, as well as conducting technical inspections and site surveys to identify potential issues. You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating the installation of materials, verifying their quality, and ensuring cross-functional coordination with other teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Supervise site activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Conduct site surveys and technical inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement installation plans, including material verification and cross-functional coordination with other teams.
• Prepare and submit documentation and reports to stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in site engineering, construction, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems, including installation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards, including OSHA and ISO 9001.
