Sales Operation Executive
About the Role
About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to support our growing sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, maintaining deal momentum, and enabling the sales team with the right documentation, proposals, and cross-functional coordination. This is an ideal opportunity for MBA graduates (preferably from local Pune colleges) with a strong interest in sales, business operations, and working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a technical or engineering background will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Documentation ○ Assist the sales team with preparing, organizing, and managing all necessary paperwork, including proposals, contracts, and internal documentation ○ Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all sales-related documentation Deal Tracking & Follow-ups ○ Actively monitor ongoing deals and ensure they remain on track ○ Conduct regular follow-ups with internal stakeholders and sales reps to move deals forward ○ Maintain CRM hygiene and update deal statuses consistently Proposal & Content Development ○ Support the sales team in creating client-facing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral ○ Customize content based on client requirements in collaboration with relevant teams Cross-functional Coordination ○ Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless deal execution ○ Facilitate communication between departments to resolve bottlenecks and accelerate closures Requirements MBA (preferably from a Pune-based institution) 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships in sales/operations are a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively across teams Technical/engineering background preferred but not mandatory What We're Looking For High ownership and accountability Strong attention to detail Hustle mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Join Us Exposure to end-to-end sales processes Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams Strong learning and growth environment for early-career professionals
