About The Role This is a full-time remote role for a Senior .NET Programmer interested in leading the transformation of Compliance Watchdog products with AI technologies. The individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven features within our software platform. The role requires applying best practices in .NET development to create scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. The Senior .NET Programmer will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including data scientists, UI/UX designers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities that enhance the functionality and user experience of our products. Key responsibilities include software development, debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to coding standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core programming principles. Proven experience in software development with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks. Analytical problem-solving skills and familiarity with AI integration into software systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead projects and guide teams effectively. Passion for innovation and staying updated on emerging technologies. Experience in the healthcare or compliance industry is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Responsibilities The Senior .NET Programmer will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the Compliance Watchdog platform. Key responsibilities include designing and developing new features utilizing AI technologies to improve product capabilities. The role involves writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting code reviews, and performing debugging to resolve issues promptly. The programmer will optimize application performance and ensure software security standards are met. Collaborating with data scientists and UI/UX teams, the individual will help integrate AI models and algorithms into the existing platform seamlessly. Additionally, the role requires participating in planning sessions, providing technical guidance to junior developers, and documenting technical specifications. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies is essential to continuously innovate and improve the platform's offerings. The Senior .NET Programmer will also be involved in testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance to ensure the platform remains robust, scalable, and secure.
