Job Title: Junior Chartered Accountant (CA) Location: Noida, India Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh CA qualified candidates preferred) Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior CA to support financial operations, compliance, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure across accounting, taxation, and financial planning in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Financial Reporting Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Assist in closing books and reconciliation processes (bank, vendor, customer) 2. Taxation & Compliance Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and income tax compliance Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to regulatory requirements Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants 3. Audit Support Assist in internal and external audits Prepare audit schedules and required documentation Address audit queries and ensure timely closure 4. Financial Analysis Support budgeting and forecasting activities Analyze financial data and identify cost optimization opportunities Prepare MIS reports for management 5.
