About the Role
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highownership Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment , drive strategic hiring initiatives , and partner closely with business leaders to build highperforming teams. This role requires a strong recruiter who enjoys problemsolving, market mapping, and managing the full hiring lifecycle with speed, quality, and stakeholder excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support . Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across functions. Conduct detailed requirements gathering with hiring managers and convert business needs into actionable job briefs. Ensure outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience in endtoend recruitment across multiple functions. Strong expertise in active sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, social platforms, referrals, and networking. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and attention to detail. Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment dashboards and trackers. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday/ATS tools preferred). Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
