Role Description We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive (Creator Onboarding) to join our dynamic team on-site at our Gurugram office. In this role, you will identify and attract potential creators to join the Faym platform, develop new business opportunities, and foster long-term relationships with creators. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, providing support to creators, and driving platform engagement through exceptional account management and communication. Qualifications Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities and onboard new creators. Strong skills in Business and Account Management to manage relationships and ensure consistent engagement. Excellent Communication skills to build rapport, explain platform benefits, and provide clear guidance to creators. Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience or understanding of influencer marketing or creator ecosystems is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools and tracking pipelines is a bonus.
