About the Role
In this Client Relationship Executive role at Fastlink Consultancy Services, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. This involves effective communication, active listening, and a deep understanding of their business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication, site visits, and other engagement activities.
- Understand client needs and preferences, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients, and work with the sales team to develop and execute plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to gauge client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Hindi (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the business or consulting industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
