About the Role

As a Data Scientist at EXL, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working with large datasets, developing and implementing machine learning models, and communicating insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into business decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and data science
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of data science best practices and standards within the organization

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques (e.g. hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas and NumPy
• Ability to design and implement efficient data storage and retrieval systems using SQL
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Data Science or a related field (desired)
• Certifications in data science or machine learning (desired)
