Excoka, an emerging travel startup concentrating on Coastal Karnataka destinations, beaches, temples, weekend getaways, and hidden gems, is on the lookout for an intern. As a growing organization, we operate in a flexible environment that isn't structured like a corporate setup. This position is remote in terms of coordination but requires on-ground presence in Bangalore, where you will represent Excoka locally. By joining our team, you will not be limited to intern-level tasks, instead, you will play a vital role in driving growth and revenue. What You'll Do: Represent Excoka at colleges, apartment complexes, and travel communities in Bangalore. Engage with individuals planning weekend trips to Coastal Karnataka. Gather travel leads and ensure proper follow-up. Assist in converting those leads into confirmed bookings. Collaborate with the Udupi team to facilitate smooth bookings. Create content and support basic social media initiatives. Work closely with the founder to brainstorm and develop growth strategies. We're Looking for Someone Who: Is confident in conversing with new people. Should be located in Bangalore Can clearly articulate ideas and build trust. Is proactive in following up and closing deals. Has some knowledge or connection to Udupi / Coastal Karnataka (a significant advantage). Values attitude over formal qualifications; 12th grade/BBA/BCom is acceptable. Proficiency in Kannada and English is preferred. As a startup, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, customer psychology, operations, and growth.
