Role Description This full-time, on-site internship in Mumbai is ideal for someone organized, disciplined, and interested in the behind-the-scenes functioning of a growing fashion brand. The role primarily involves managing day-to-day operations including inventory tracking, stock management, warehouse coordination, deliveries, returns, and customer support communication. The intern will also assist with customer servicing calls, order coordination, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Additionally, the role offers exposure to shoots, styling, and marketing activities when required . Qualifications * Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented * Comfortable managing inventory, stock sheets/Excel trackers, deliveries, returns, and warehouse coordination * Good communication skills for handling customer calls and day-to-day support * Ability to multitask and manage operations smoothly in a fast-paced startup environment * Interest in fashion, customer experience, and brand operations * Willingness to assist with shoots, styling, and marketing activities when required * Prior internship or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory
