Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Tele Sales Executive. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Core responsibilities include achieving daily and monthly sales targets, maintaining customer records, providing thorough product information, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves following up on potential leads, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport with customers Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools Goal-oriented mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution capabilities High level of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
