About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executive to generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, promoting products/services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining market presence. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Visit clients, corporate offices, retail outlets, and potential customers for business development. Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Explain products, offers, and services to customers professionally. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support. Follow up on payments, orders, and customer requirements. Prepare daily sales reports and update management regularly. Attend promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns when required. Requirements: Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling. Ability to travel locally for client meetings. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
