About the Role
As a Project Scheduler at Ernst & Young, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects across various domains, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular project status updates and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA qualification with a focus on finance, operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, strategic planning, financial planning, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
