Data Analyst

About the Role

The Data Analyst will be a key member of the Technical Operations team, serving as a link between Engineering and Operations. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and enhance client outcomes.

You will work on client reporting, operational requests, and data-driven initiatives, leveraging tools such as Oracle SQL, Microsoft Excel, and other analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both client-facing and internal reports and dashboards
• Write and optimize complex queries using Oracle SQL
• Use Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and VBA) for data manipulation and automation
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Create and refine features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product enhancements
• Support day-to-day operational data requests and troubleshoot data-related issues

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle SQL
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, operations stakeholders, and clients
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
