About the Role
Location: Bangalore Experience: 0–4 years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Commercial Real Estate Sales Executive to help expand our client base and grow our portfolio. This role involves identifying potential clients, closing deals for office space leasing, and building long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads for leasing Managed office spaces, commercial spaces and retail spaces. Reach out to startups, SMEs, and corporate clients to pitch available spaces Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties Negotiate terms and close leasing deals Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and projects Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and actively track conversions Requirements MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred 0–4 years of experience in sales, real estate, business development, or related fields Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Confidence in client-facing roles and presentations Basic understanding of commercial real estate is a plus Why Join Us Work with a growing portfolio of premium office spaces High exposure to corporate clients and real estate deals Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Performance-driven growth opportunities
