About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining Key Technical Material (KTM) and Technical Operating Value (TOV) documentation in line with organizational and quality standards. You will also manage and organize tools, gauges, and instruments to ensure their availability and proper calibration status. Additionally, you will develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain KTM and TOV documentation in line with organizational and quality standards.
• Manage and organize tools, gauges, and instruments to ensure their availability and proper calibration status.
• Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects and production requirements.
• Monitor, compile, and present performance reports with clear insights and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation and material readiness aligns with project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal process standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in documentation, BOM preparation, or engineering support activities.
• Basic understanding of tools, gauges, and instrumentation handling.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Exposure to KTM and TOV-related processes or similar industrial documentation practices.
• Knowledge of quality standards and calibration processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for BOM and material tracking.
• Ability to analyze performance data and present actionable insights.
