About the Role

Assist buyers with transactional purchasing activities and day-to-day procurement tasks, create and update purchase orders under guidance, and coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery timelines, and basic issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Track order status and share updates with stakeholders
• Maintain procurement-related data and documentation in systems and spreadsheets
• Support in resolving discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, and supplier communication
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support team projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth purchasing operations

What You'll Need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in supply chain, business, commerce, or a related field
• Basic understanding of procurement or purchasing concepts (academic or project exposure)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and basic data handling
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Resume Tip
