About the Role
The Learning Advisor (eCXO) role at Emeritus involves building and managing a lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from top-tier universities. This includes providing customized information to interested executives, guiding them through program milestones, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from globally renowned B-Schools.
- Provide in-depth and customized information to interested executives through phone and email.
- Ensure that details pertaining to lead discussions are updated real-time on CRM software.
- Guide and follow-up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers.
- Develop best practices for interaction with customers, including standard FAQs.
- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools, and data management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven inside sales/consultative Edtech experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition/Sales targets.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and data analysis skills.
- Strong phone/video call presence.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs.
- Flawless follow-up skills to ensure that leads move to closure.
- Ability to be pleasantly persistent with customers.
- Must enjoy customer interaction and has a positive attitude and pleasant phone manners.
