Customer Support Executive- Delhi (Graduate Only)
About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Profile: Customer support executive (Voice process)
Working hours: 9 hours (Including breaks)
Shift duration: 8 hours
Working days: 5 days a week
Week off: Rotational off
Shift timing: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Salary: Freshers- Rs 25,000 CTC and experienced: Rs 27,000 CTC
Eligibility criteria: Graduate only
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle high-volume calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
2. Maintain customer engagement by providing timely and accurate information
3. Resolve issues effectively and escalate complex cases when required
4. Document interactions in CRM systems for future reference
5. Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, call resolution time, and engagement metrics
