Responsibilities Responsible for Service Revenue through Service contracts and Spare parts sales. Establish & maintain communication with customers, team members and business contacts. Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework. Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system. Perform sales support activities on products & processes within the geographical area of responsibility. Skills Basic understanding/knowledge of electronics, soldering skills, ESD protection, understanding/knowledge of the Medical Device Directive. Good communication (written and Oral) in English and Local Language. Natural interest in IT applications. Basic use of current Windows operating systems and Use of MS office applications (Word, Excel etc.). Qualification & Experience Graduate/ Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Electronics/ECE/Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum years field experience in servicing medical equipment or preferably medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics or equivalent through experience.
