Role Description The AIML Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) training programs for learners from diverse backgrounds. The responsibilities include curriculum planning, conducting interactive training sessions, assessing participants progress, preparing learning materials, and guiding participants in AI/ML projects. The role also involves staying updated on the latest AI/ML trends and collaborating with partner organizations to ensure industry relevance. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. Qualifications Proficiency in AI/ML tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and data preprocessing techniques. Experience in training or teaching roles, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to create engaging learning materials and assess learners understanding effectively. Knowledge of educational technology and virtual learning tools for an interactive training environment. Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to adapt to diverse learners needs. Previous experience in curriculum development for technical education is advantageous. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with relevant certifications in AI/ML being a plus.
