About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to warm leads and conduct structured counselling calls with prospective learners
2. Understand each learner's background, goals, and concerns to recommend the most suitable programme
3. Present programme offerings with clarity, confidence, and conviction
4. Handle objections around fees, time commitment, and career outcomes effectively
5. Follow up consistently on proposals, callbacks, and payment pending cases
6. Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM on a daily basis
7. Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions for enrolled students
8. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrolment targets
9. Share market feedback and learner insights with the team to improve pitch quality
