Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Executive based in Noida, with some flexibility for remote work. The Telesales Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include lead generation, delivering product information effectively, supporting customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets through upselling or cross-selling. Regular collaboration with internal departments to streamline customer experiences will also be required. Qualifications Strong Communication Skills, including the ability to convey ideas clearly and build rapport with potential customers. Customer Service and Customer Support abilities, with a focus on providing a positive experience and resolving inquiries efficiently. Proven expertise in Sales and Lead Generation, showcasing the ability to achieve targets and convert prospects into clients. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines while managing multiple accounts. Ability to work in a hybrid setup and adapt to both in-office and remote working environments. Previous experience in telesales, customer relations, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computing skills is an advantage.
