About the Role

As a Business Development Executive at Edify, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and preferences, and recommending suitable laptops that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and budget constraints to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Recommend the most suitable laptop based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Explain laptop specifications clearly, including processor, RAM, storage, and other key features.
  • Assist customers throughout the purchase decision process, providing them with all the necessary information and support.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach and ensure a smooth buying experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide customers with the latest information and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and provide them with personalized recommendations.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
