This Customer Support and E-commerce Product Upload Executive role involves providing top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Upload new products and update existing ones on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and e-commerce trends to provide informed and accurate support to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of e-commerce platforms, including their features, functionality, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Zendesk or similar customer support software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and their features.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
