About the Role
In this Associate Analyst position at Eaton, you'll be working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient completion of intercompany deliverables. Your primary focus will be on maintaining adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs) and driving customer satisfaction through proactive and solution-oriented approaches.
As an Associate Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of intercompany netting, out-of-balance (OOB) analysis, follow-up procedures, and month-end journal entries. You'll also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation and robust internal controls throughout all Intercompany processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of intercompany deliverables in adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring all intercompany activities are performed according to expectations and SLAs.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of intercompany netting, out-of-balance (OOB) analysis, follow-up procedures, and month-end journal entries.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and robust internal controls throughout all Intercompany processes.
- Assist in annual and interim audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with audit requirements.
- Collaborate with the RTR Center of Excellence (COE) and other Center of Excellence workstreams to drive process improvements and optimize results.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including the automation of various finance processes.
