E-commerce & Content Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to support our e-commerce operations at Early Sunday.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precise, organised work and wants hands-on experience with how a growing D2C fashion brand runs its online store.

Responsibilities

• Write and update SEO-friendly alt text for product images across Shopify and other sales platforms.
• Track customer orders end-to-end, flagging delays and coordinating updates with the logistics team.
• Support catalogue maintenance: checking product descriptions, pricing, and visuals for accuracy.
• Assist with inventory updates and basic website checks.
• Help maintain records of tasks, product data, and order status across spreadsheets and tools.
• Provide support on customer queries related to orders, when needed.

What You'll Need

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with accuracy-driven tasks.
• Good written English; comfortable writing clear product descriptions.
• BASIC proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and using AI.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• An interest in fashion, e-commerce, or sustainability is a bonus.
