About the Role
As a Counter Sales professional at Duarz Hr Services, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions. Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with retail software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.
- Certification in customer service or sales, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
