About the Role

As an HR Executive (Recruitment), you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

You will be working closely with the hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop job descriptions, and create job postings. Your primary goal will be to attract, select, and hire the best talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment software and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates.
• Proficiency in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and make informed decisions.
• Certifications in recruitment, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are a plus.
